Andy Murray
Three majors, two Olympic golds and first British Wimbledon champion in 77 years
Overview
The Scot from Dunblane broke the British drought, winning the 2012 US Open and Wimbledon in 2013 and 2016, after Olympic gold in London 2012 and again in Rio 2016. He reached world number one in 2016 and won 46 titles despite playing in the Big Three era. A metal hip could not stop his comebacks before retirement in 2024.
