Michael Chang
Youngest man to win a major, the 1989 French Open at 17
Overview
Chang won Roland Garros in 1989 at 17 years 3 months, still the youngest man to win a major, famously serving underhand and cramping his way past Lendl in the fourth round. He reached number two and the French final again in 1995. At 5 foot 9 he proved heart and speed could trouble giants. He later coached Kei Nishikori.
